Feature Commitment Policy
We believe that when you pay for software, you're making a deal — and we should honor our side of it. Here's what we commit to:
No feature removals
Any feature available in your plan at the time of purchase will remain available to you for the duration of your subscription, or permanently if you purchased a lifetime plan.
No retroactive tier changes
If a feature is part of Plus when you subscribe, it won't later be moved to a higher tier for existing subscribers. New features may debut at any tier level.
Lifetime means lifetime
A lifetime purchase gives you access to every feature available at purchase time for as long as Twine exists. Future features may or may not be included, but nothing you paid for will be taken away.
Transparent changes
If we ever need to sunset a feature (due to third-party dependency changes, for example), we'll give at least 90 days notice and provide alternatives or refunds.
Your data is yours
You can export all your data at any time in CSV or JSON format. If you cancel, your data remains accessible for export for at least 30 days.
